I'm excited to introduce myself to the Royal Arcanum members! With over 20 years of leadership experience in financial services, spanning both investment and insurance industries, much of my career has been spent in large public companies. But I was looking for something different, an organization that aligned more closely with my personal and family values, where I could feel truly connected to a core mission. I've been married to my husband, Paul, for 24 years (we're high school sweethearts!), and we have two sons, Andrew and Benjamin.
The mission of service is what drew me to the Royal Arcanum. What you have here is unique and special, a refreshing change for me from the corporate landscapes. In a world so focused on technology and profit, there's something deeply meaningful about being part of a society that prioritizes community, service, and connection. I'm looking forward to growing with the company and supporting the incredible work already being done. I also see the dedication and heart that exists within the Home Office and across our councils.
I truly believe the world is shifting; people are searching for real connection, for ways to be part of something bigger than themselves. And fraternal benefit societies, like the Royal Arcanum, offer that in such a special way. I’m looking forward to the journey ahead!
John D. Crisanti joined the Society in 1988 and has served as the Chief Financial Officer since 2019. Mr. Crisanti has also served as the Treasurer since 1994. Mr. Crisanti maintains numerous responsibilities within the Society from financial planning to working on a day to day basis with the home office associates. Prior to joining Royal Arcanum, Mr. Crisanti worked within the banking industry. Crisanti enjoys golfing in his free time along with watching numerous sports namely baseball, football & golf.
